How to Pause a Subscription
1. Open the JustFit app, ensure the account you want to pause or resume is logged in, and go to the Profile/Progress page.
2. Tap the settings button in the upper right corner to enter the settings page.
3. Scroll down and tap “Manage Subscription”.
4. Find the subscription whose current status is “Active”, and tap “Pause Subscription”.
5. The pause will take effect after successful processing.
How to Resume a Subscription
1. Open the JustFit app, ensure the account you want to pause or resume is logged in, and go to the Profile/Progress page.
2. Tap the settings button in the upper right corner to enter the settings page.
3. Scroll down and tap “Manage Subscription”.
4. Find the subscription whose current status is “Paused”, and tap “Resume Subscription”.
For Web Users
1. Visit the following link: https://justfit.app/my-account?tab=subscription
2. After entering the login page, enter your email address and send a verification code to verify your login.
3. After logging in, go to “Account” → “Account Information” → “Subscriptions”.
4. Locate the subscription card with the current status “Active” and click “Pause Subscription”.
5. To resume a subscription, locate the subscription with the current status “Paused” and click “Resume Subscription”.
Note: Subscriptions that have been successfully cancelled cannot be paused or resumed.
